Mesh belt dryer

Mesh belt dryer is a kind of batch,continuous production drying equipment,its mainly heating solution includes electric heating,

steam heating and hot air heating.The mesh belts are made by 12-60 mesh steel wires.The main principle is that the materials is spread uniformly on the mesh-belts,transmission device will drive the mesh-belt into reciprocating movement inside the dryer.Meanwhile,the hot air will flow and touch the wet materials,the evaporating 

steam will be discharged into air by special site,the dryer can be made into all the steam ar discharged,the material will achieve

 the purpose of drying.In order to save the project site,the dryer can be made into multi-layers.The widely used dryer is 2 rooms with three layers or 2 rooms five layers,length is 6-40 m,effective width is 0.6-3.0 m.

Pre-sale

2.Manufacturing products strictly on contract while customer constructing.

3. Production progress report each week with detailed description and photos, including raw materials tables, process and deep process record, testing data sheet, etc.
4. Testing all the equipments by witness of the customer ex-work, delivery, customer acceptance.

After-sale

1. Provide engineer to work site guiding install, debugging and commissioning. 
2. Test equipment after installation, training operators for free, remind notice in operating. 
3. Regularly returning visit to the customers.

4. Within warranted period, we take charge of everything if any quality problems. After the warranted period, we still focus on the plant running and services.

5. Response customer’s questions within 1 working day, give effective solutions within 3 working days, go into action with 5 working day.
